A Wonderful Stay with Room for Improvement in the Restaurant. We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel San Antonio Real. Everything was beautiful and very well maintained. The rooms were extremely comfortable and spotless, which made our stay truly relaxing. A special thank you to Carmen at reception, who assisted us wonderfully. The service at the front desk was excellent, warm, and professional. Unfortunately, our experience at the restaurant was disappointing. I ordered the suckling pig for dinner (Cochinillo De Segovia) … ! (€30), but it was served mostly as bare ribs with almost no meat, very hard and difficult to eat. When I mentioned that there was hardly any meat, the response I received was not very helpful, and no alternative or adjustment was offered. Breakfast was also below expectations, with very dry bread and overcooked eggs. Overall, the hotel itself deserves five stars for comfort and service, but the restaurant experience did not meet the same standard. I hope this feedback helps improve what could otherwise be a perfect stay.

Nice property on the outskirts of Segovia. Old but comfortable and clean. The restaurant downstairs is great!

Staff was not very welcoming or attentive. Quite old with the facilities but everything works well.

The room was fairly sized with comfortable beds. The courtyard is ver6 cool, lots of history. The location is great, about a 10 minute walk to the old town and Aquaduct. Cheap parking although not indoors.

To be improved

For a historical building, they could have done slightly better in cleaning the common areas and rooms. The breakfast was sub standard with only one staff member serving and replenishing food, who clearly was frustrated by people asking her questions about food not being available. I felt sorry for her.
