“Great Stay in lovely comfortable hotel.”

The check in process was very straightforward with really good information about accessing the hotel outside of the reception hours. The hotel is in a great location, about 10 minutes walk into the centre of Santiago de Compostela with good facilities. The buffet breakfast was simple but good value. Bea and other staff were very welcoming and always helpful.

To be improved

Nothing really, although there is no AC in the room that we stayed in, so needed the windows to be open.

“The staff was great and communicated all information through WhatsApp. It was just what I needed after I finished my Camino. It is a 10-15 min walk from the Cathedral and has several bars, cafes, and restaurants nearby. It’s across the road from an old monastery.”

“Great location & great staff”

Rooms were comfortable enough & had everything that we needed. Reception staff was fantastic & nothing was too much trouble. Getting a WhatsApp message for checking in details was spot on

Some aircon would have been good, but didn’t detract from the stay

The outdoor water feature was empty The bedding had stains on it The shower head was broken The place is very old and worn and tired - it needs a revamp There was a spike sticking up from the ground
