Hotel Santa Cruz

Nice Location near the walking way. A special mention for the Great food to the right price.

This roadside hotel is just a short worthwhile detour off the Camino Ingles. Friendly owner completed the check-in process at the small separate hotel entrance to the right of cafe bar entrance. The twin room overlooked the garden and pool and I had no road noise from the back of the building. A large fan and comfortable beds led to easy sleep. Bathroom had plenty of hot water and towels/toiletries were provided. Outdoor terrace to front of building and a nice bar/cafe area. The cafe menu had plenty of choice. I used restaurant in evening and found good service from the owners. Our meals were large with plenty of flavour. Croquettes, Galician soup, Chicken escalope, Iberian ham with eggs and potatoes. Breakfast was available in the cafe bar the following morning. These were good sized portions and value for money.

I was very tired with a blister so this was nearest place I could find before segueiro. It was a bed- host was very nice

This is a really fine family owned and family-run business which will make you feel at ease and welcome, without fuss or great expense. The room s are straightforward but everything is there and works, and they are well. Heated in the winter. Good if you are drying out from the Camino de Compostelle. The team also got a complete wash and dryer of our soaked and smelly gear done for us Dining and lunch was tasty and hearty, with a good tasty local selection and some better wines as well as the regular table one.

Staff were very helpful. The food in the restaurant was really good!
