Hotel Santa Faz TRG

Okay so I wasn't sure what to expect but La Santa Faz actually surprised me in the best way. The hotel is really clean and well looked after — someone came round regularly to change the sheets and sort the room out which was well appreciated. Hot water was always on point too, no lukewarm showers here! The location is honestly unreal. You're literally walking distance from the beach, loads of shops and restaurants, and the public transport links are right there if you want to head further out. Couldn't ask for more really. The food was proper tasty as well — yeah it's not got a massive buffet or anything like that but it's a smaller hotel so you kind of expect that. Everything we had was nice though, no complaints at all. If you're thinking about a family holiday in Benidorm, just book it. La Santa Faz is a solid choice and I'd 100% go back. Genuinely one of those places that just does everything right without making a big deal about it. Loved it! 🙌☀️

What a lovely, friendly, welcoming little hotel. Nestled in the centre of the Old Town of Benidorm, the Santa Faz offers comfortable accommodation. We stayed for a week on a half board basis. Good breakfast choices with the usual hot choices, extensive array of biscuits and some fresh pastries. Excellent toaster! Good coffee machine too. The evening meal is served at 8pm. We always found something to eat. Always a fish choice, meat, salad, vegetable, chips etc. Our room was spacious with a double bed. Excellent housekeeping daily and towels changed. Couldn't fault anything and yes, we would definitely return.

If you want a no frills bargain break then this is the place for you! The rooms were very basic but that’s what we expected from a 2* hotel, the hotel was very clean from entering the building the smell was fresh, our room had a fantastic shower with lovely hot water and good pressure. The towels were tiny and yes dated but again what we expected for the price but overall we were very happy with our experience. Jessie the ‘chef’’ worked tirelessly during our 5 night stay and provided us with a good selection of food….we didn’t go hungry! Carlos on reception was very helpful when we arrived and continued with that during our stay, WiFi was excellent even in the room so would definitely return. If you are looking for a budget hotel in the old town then this is the place for you, no frills but good value for money….top tip bring your ear plugs as the walls/rooms are paper thin but having said that with the hotels location to everything was fantastic…so even though it was a 2* hotel we would defo give it a 4* for value….of course we will be back but that is because we like value on a budget 👍

Went with friend we are 60 female. Felt safe. Clean basic hotel. We had breakfast and evening meal. Breakfast was good english brekkie and continental. Coffee and tea. Cakes and fruit yoghutrt Evening meal had 3 choices and desserts. For what we paid it was good value so cant moan. Close to main square of old towm close to bars restuarants and beach Staff friendly and fast wifi. Small baclcny cant sit on it too small. Showers hot and powerful

We booked this hotel for 4 nights and were really excited to stay in the heart of the old town. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we entered the room. When we arrived, the patio doors were already open. When I tried to close them, they wouldn’t shut properly, leaving a visible gap that could be seen from the street. This made the room feel completely insecure. We reported the issue straight away, only to be told the maintenance man was on his day off. We asked to be moved to another room, but were told the hotel was fully booked. The manager said he would try to contact maintenance, but after waiting an hour, we were told it might not be fixed until the next day. We explained that we didn’t feel safe staying in a room that couldn’t be secured and were concerned about our belongings. The manager said there was nothing he could do. With no other option, we decided to find alternative accommodation. When we informed the manager that we would be seeking a refund due to the unsafe room, he responded by saying he would tell On the Beach that he had offered us another room so he wouldn’t have to refund us which we found shocking and unacceptable. We understand that issues can happen, but we expected them to be resolved quickly and professionally. Sadly, this was not the case. Please be aware when booking this hotel.

Only stayed 1 night .and was absolutely perfect. The position is ideal for all amenities. The staff were great and the room was adequate for the two of us .Was not not expecting the selection we had at breakfast. Was on a small scale but had the usual choices of English/Continental and various pastries. Would definitely stay again
