“clean rooms and very friendly staff make you feel at home”

I like a lot the fact it was always somebody at the loby, so I could ask a person any time I need it something. One of the lights was not working when I arrive, I told them and it inmideatly was fixed. Staff was very friendly, loved it!

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice. Excellent location in centre of city.

“Staff and Location exceeded expectations”

The best

The location is incredible, 2 mins to the main Plaza, which splits the 2 beaches. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure hot water was always accessible for us to make our babies bottles up. Would stay here again.

To be improved

Parking is a little tricky, although the hotel provided clear instructions about how to find their parking garage. It is very tight getting the car from the street into the elevator. They were kind enough to come out and assist which made things easier. I personally find parking stressful in a hire car as it is so this was a challenge for me.

“Great location, underground parking at a reasonable price. Breakfast was great and good value. Staff were lovely. The housekeeping was very thorough, and our room was kept very clean and tidy. The bedsade up immaculately. · Cons: I found the bed and the pillow very hard. Also the Aircon seemed to go off overnight, so the room was very hot”
