“Disappointed”

Position would have been great. But took us 2 hours to get to it as festival in place and roads closed by police.

To be improved

We had booked parking, on final arrival 8pm. Told no parking available. And they had sent email. Yes but it said no undercover parking, which to me doesn't mean no parking available. Told us to check in then drive round until we found something. We had already driven round the town for the first 2 hours and you couldn't park a bike let alone a car. We had been travelling from 10.30am. We are 78 and 76 and definitely not up to another hour of looking then walking back. So we told them wouldn't stay. Did agree not to charge us. But payment still pending in bank. Did contact help on booking .com but not had a reply

Cullera is definitely not my/our beachside town. Too busy, too many highrise apartment blocks and hotels.

“The property is spotlessly clean. The staff is working very hard to make everyone happy. · Cons: Hotel advert on Booking.com failed to announce that hotel accept school trips and kids with special needs. You will certainly not be able to use already small swimming pool. Also, it is advertised that all rooms are not smoking, however, room next door had people who were constantly smoking on their balcon. As a result, it was impossible to be on my balcony due to cigarette smoke or to leave the balcony door open.”
