We didn't have breakfast as according to the staff it was not included in the price, although I had ticked to include breakfast on online booking form. Asked for Fecafe coffee,as I don't drink caffeine,and was just blatantly told NO!! On arrival was given one room although we had booked two. Also, booked double beds in the rooms. After pointing out we had booked two rooms we were given another room key,but single beds. Not happy about this service at all. Their was building work going on at the back of the hotel,and my room was directly opposite. Couldn't had the window open due to noise,was woken up at 6am, with the crane. I mentioned this to the staff who were not really that interested,so we did not stay for our second night,and checked out. Very dissatisfied,as we had driven three hours to get there.

The best

The reception staff are wonderful and also the people who work to clean and tidy up the rooms are fantastic. The Hotel is phenomenal and very well located.

“Love the outdoor space!”
The best

Beautiful Hotel, great staff, comfortable bed. The hotel staff is very helpful with providing a map and directions. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the cafe staff and outdoors area is great to sit and relax. The only disappointment was the pool area was under construction.

Hotel looks nice.

Breakfast was very basic… They could have done much better with the room: no sockets next to the bed, really bad hairdryer and no water kettle!! Doors are loud so everytime anyone opens a door I could hear it inside my room!!
