The best

Room was confortable, the swimming pool not really a swimming pool, rather a jacuzzi a bit larger. Staff a bit "sour". Location quite good, at the beginning of Rambla.

To be improved

Value for money low. It's 4* hotel cost per night quite high and doesn't offer the conditions for a 4* hotel. No slipper, no bathrobe, and the bath product very basic.

Really beautiful, comfy, and close to the stores. Really enjoyed the rooftop pool too.

To be improved

The hotel room we got smelled of cigarette smoke. As if someone had smoked in the room. Not super much, but enough to make our clothes smell the same as the room.

The staff were very pleasant and the rooms were comfortable. The roof top pool area was lovely but got very busy.

To be improved

The room could have been cleaner, bedding was marked and fridge was dirty. Toilet was also not cleaned properly. Pool was very small, pictures were deceiving. No tea/coffee in the room which could have been nice
