There was nothing that we didn’t like

The rooms were clean but felt a bit sparse - a few more furnishings would have made them feel cosier. The bathroom amenities were quite basic; the toilet paper was very thin, there wasn’t any conditioner in the shower, and the sink didn’t drain properly.

The experience was not good at all. I had booked this for my guests and they both complained so much about the facilities like weakest internet connection, the bad treatment from front desk without any assistance and the worst was PARKING. This hotel being in downtown has a very small parking and has NO valet. My guest had a fracture and still he was asked to go hunt for a parking on the road and the man had to then walk so much with support to just reach back. Hotel staff showed no support. I had informed the hotel about this and they never cared to reply.

Disappointing Experience – Definitely Not 5 Star** I stayed at Hotel SB Glow in Barcelona with my best friend for 4 nights and we were so excited about this trip. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to expectations. **Check-in:** We arrived very early in the morning and the gentleman on reception was lovely – he kindly let us freshen up in the bathrooms, store our luggage, and told us our room would be ready at 3pm. This was a great first impression. However, when we returned at 3pm, the receptionist (Erika) told us our room wasn’t ready. We explained that 3pm was the check-in time, but she was unhelpful and dismissive. After a long back-and-forth, she reluctantly offered us “one room that was ready.” **Rooms:** The first room we were given was dusty, dark, small, and nothing like the photos on Booking.com. After more discussions and finally speaking with the manager (who was far more helpful), we were given a room that matched our booking. The layout, however, is strange – the sink is outside of the bathroom, which feels unhygienic and makes a mess with water splashing everywhere. Also, note that complimentary water bottles are only provided on the first day – nothing after that. On the positive side, the beds were extremely comfortable and we slept really well. **Cleanliness:** The cleaners themselves were lovely and did a fantastic job with the rooms. However, the rooftop area was dirty, and the pool often had leaves and debris floating in it. **Facilities & Dining:** * Very few sunbeds on the rooftop, no umbrellas, and dead palm trees – so no shade in 31°C heat. * Limited vegetarian options both at breakfast and at the poolside restaurant. * Service around the pool and at breakfast was slow, and overall staff (aside from cleaning staff) weren’t very helpful. * That said, the views from the rooftop are amazing – one of the best aspects of the hotel. **Overall:** This is not a 5-star hotel. At best, it feels like a 3-star.

Rooftop restaurant a bit pricey for what it offers The bathroom in the room while nice is not separated from the room. Just a glass door and not entirely, a really bad solution
