“I felt very welcomed! The surroundings are beautiful! People were realy nice!”

The staff was really nice, everytime! The hotel lobby is beautifull and also the bar with a terrace! About the room, it was nice, but it didnt have AC, so we would leave the windows open, at night, unfortunately there was a man smoking, at the window below ... It was a bit unpleasant, but it was only for 1 of the 2 nights!

The smells coming into to room , by the open window ...

Location, the employees were nice and friendly.

To be improved

One of the people in charge argued about paying with my US card and having the choice of choosing the conversion rate. The following day breakfast was served about an hour late because the person who had to be there at 9 am showed up at 10:15. Not worthy to pay extra for the breakfast.

The best

Really cute lobby area, the room was quite small but good enough considering there was a private terrace. The water pressure was the absolute best for taking a shower! It was clean, and the staff was absolutely lovely. We asked the staff to please take any type of air freshener or artificial smell out of the room due to smell sensitivity, and they absolutely delivered.

To be improved

Unfortunately no A/C in the room made our stay a bit uncomfortable considering the high temperatures in July and August. Fans weren’t available either.
