“You get a great deal with the breakfast buffet and airport transfer included, but the hotel needs to update its website to show that there is NO SHUTTLE pickup at the designated pickup area. Their website even shows a chart showing pickup times, when it’s actually an Uber car service that they send over when YOU call the hotel after your arrival. I actually spent 10mins making an international call while waiting at the shuttle pickup area almost an hour after I found out from another hotel shuttle driver. The website also says guests will get prepackaged breakfast in lieu of the buffet due to COVID. Well, the buffet is back.”
