Hotel Sercotel Las Torres Salamanca

I just returned from a 4 night stay, with a room overlooking La Plaza Mayor. The hotel staff was quite very and helpful. Rooms are simple, modern and very clean; a little on the small side but the views make up for the size! There's also a small minibar in the room. If you need an umbrella, you can rent one for 10 euro which is returned to you when you bring the umbrella back. Location is unbeatable if you want to have views from above of the Plaza Mayor!

Perfect location steps from Plaza Mayor. My room was small but adequate for 1 person and wasn’t expensive. The only drawback was a mattress that was indented and should be rotated. Salamanca is a gorgeous little city. I would highly recommend this little hotel.

I stayed here last year in September, and had a fine stay. This year I booked through one of the online services and indicated I was traveling alone, but with my dog. I ended up getting a room that was so small that there was no place to put the dog bed they provided. I had to put it in front of the room's door! It was a ridiculous small size and I complained at the desk, but they offered no help whatsoever. Apparently the hotel was full, and it was my bad luck to have booked as a single person. Moral: Don't admit that you are a single person! You'll get the same price in a much better room.

Excellent location in the centre of Salamanca, just at the Plaza Mayor. Very friendly staff, had a lovely breakfast, rooms certainly OK. Salamanca has lots to offer. Everything within walking distance. Restaurants not far from the hotel (of all prices).

The staff was helpful and supportive. The room was clean but a bit small. It contained all important amenities. The breakfast was varied and the food was of very high quality. The location of the hotel is close to the major historical sites of Salamanca. I would return.
