“A good night sleep”
Spent one night at this hotel while doing the Camin. It was a long 26K walking from Baiona. We had a king size bed, and even though the AC was not working we opened the windows and the air cooled down the room immediately. Room was so quiet and we had the best sleep so far. The restaurant on the lower level was excellent. I ordered the short rib with mashed potatoes, my husband got the beef lasagna and we had fried calamari as an appetizer. Buffet breakfast the next morning (which was included) was just as good. Variety of meat, cheese, bread, cereal, coffee and juices.
“Great hotel in great location”
Excellent location, huge bright room, huge comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Very handy for shopping, museums, restaurants and train station. Couldn't have asked for better.
“Good value for money, suite really big great if travelling with kids.”
The suite room was really big and comfortable. Position is also good for the old Town and Many shops and restaurants.
We signallded at arrival that some things were not working properly in the room but they took immediate action. Really weird not having a safe and a fridge in a hotel room, especially a suite . Parking was available in a separate garage that was not super convenient and with very tight lots . I think would be more fair to lower the parking fee if space is not available inside the hotel itself.
“Good location at 20 minutes from old town, great rooms”
The location is good, the rooms are big, clean and comfortable, wifi inside the room works very well, the breakfast is good and has gluten and lactose free options, the orange juice is bad...same as the pineapple juice, the rest all good, is just aside "El Corte Ingles store" with plenty of close by restaurants and has a parking place but...better come with a tiny car because the parking is only for tiny cars...

“Parking and Guest Experience: Disappointing”
Central location
The underground parking is extremely tight—unsuitable for large or electric cars—and nearby parking isn’t free or easy to find. We had a blocked shower drain in our room, with clear signs it was a long-standing issue. Despite a promise to switch rooms, the front desk initially denied availability and only agreed to an available room after we insisted. No apology was offered, and we were made to feel like the problem rather than valued guests. Overall, poor handling of known issues and disappointing service. The bed and pillows weren’t comfortable. On a positive note, the breakfast was fine.
