Hotel SERHS Del Port

Stayed 1 night before a cruise. Great location. 10 mins walk to le Rambles & 9 minutes walk to the cruise port bus stop. Free coffee & water 24hrs at reception. Bottle of water & wine in the room was a nice touch.

Location was brilliant as 5 mins walk from metro and bus station as it is on a main road. Restaurants and cafe are all around the hotel. Marina is 10 mins walk and all other visit of places are around walking distances.( 30 to 40mins) Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is ok but very high risk of contamination. If your vegan or dietary needs then impossible. Meat and veg are place next to each other and then customers are mixing tongs and spoons to serve the food. Meat should be kept away from all other foods to avoid any contamination. Rooms were little small as for 2 people not enough place to sit rather than use the bed.

The location was great — away from the busy tourist crowds but still close to the seafront and all the main attractions. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable. I had requested a double bed before arrival, but unfortunately, that wasn’t possible. Still, the room was nice overall. The housekeeping ladies were really friendly and did a great job, changing our towels and bedding every day. Even though our room was on the second floor and facing the road, it was actually very quiet. We received amazing customer service from Malenna — she has such a wonderful personality, super professional, and really understands what great service means! I can’t say the same about the other receptionist who takes over in the evening, though.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful, modern, clean, with a great breakfast assortment. Diego and Malina are wonderful front desk representives and Daniel greets you a great hello, and you feel as though he really is glad to see you.

Serhs Hotel Del Port was perfect. Close to many sights. Staff was very helpful in all areas. Highly recommended for trips to Barcelona. Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful.

We chose this hotel partly because it seemed good value for Barcelona and partly because it was convenient for the cruise terminal the next day. It served both purposes really well. The room was spotlessly clean, nothing fancy but with compline hot drinks and bottled water. Also, a couple of Lindt chocolates - a nice touch. We opted for the basic room as we’d read that the rooms at the front could be noisy. Our room (309)was very quiet. The staff member on reception was extremely helpful, gave us a map, showed us how to get to the Gaudi church, Las Ramblas (5 mins walk)and the metro (also 5 minutes or less). This was all we needed for our nightstop. He also made a recommendation for dinner nearby (La Jabata)and we followed that and it was exactly what we wanted - tapas and a few drinks at an extremely reasonable price. We would highly recommend this hotel for a quick glimpse of Barcelona and convenient location.
