“Wonderful stay.”
The best

What a fantastic place to stay. I stayed here while my wife was in hospital and the staff were so kind. Everywhere was so clean, the room had everything you need. The kitchen had a TV, plenty of seating, microwave, toaster, cutlery, crockery and a large fridge for people to put food in. I cannot praise the Serramar highly enough and would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you to all of the staff for making my stay with you enjoyable during a difficult time.

“Good location”
The best

Good location and clean room. Quite noisy in mornings due to thin walls etc and cleaners make so much noise in the morning, so didn’t sleep well. Coming in late and having a lie in made to feel like a crime cause they couldn’t clean the room... asked to go out in the morning so they could clean it.. does it matter if I don’t mind? Have to hand key when leaving hotel made me feel nervous so I didn’t leave any money in my room. Bathroom had a bad smell so kept door shut. But other than that all fine for what you pay for. Probably wouldn’t stay again if I had a choice.

“Better than expected”
The best

Needing a bed for a night we booked this hostal based on TripAdvisor feedback. We were not disappointed. Situated between the old and new towns, in among bars, shops and restaurants plus close to the railway station. The reception staff are very pleasant and helpful. The place is basic but spotlessly clean, our en-suite room was comfortable, bring a sink plug with you. Across the street is the place for a Spanish breakfast. All in all a pleasent stay to be repeated and recommended.

The best

Excellent basic Hotel in the heart of Arroyo in Benalmadena, very clean. I stayed for 5 nights and had a single room with private bathroom, this also in included a/c (not the best but worked, what do you expect from a basic hotel!!) and a balcony which was very convenient. Manned reception 24hrs, my room was cleaned everyday, Would definitely recommend and will return back if on a low budget in the near future. I left a couple of clothing items in my room, called back later that day after check out and stored and ready to pick up later that day. Great customer service!!

“Great hostel”
The best

After arriving at our hotel 2 hours away from Malaga airport with nothing surrounding us we decided to come to Benalmádena and stayed at this hostel, it is very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean, we had our own bathroom with shower/bath. what a lovely place to stay and quite. defo value for money, location is great with restaurants, supermarkets and bars just outside your door, about a 20 minute walk down the hill to the beach passing through the town. Would recommend this hostel 😀
