Hotel Servigroup Rialto

Location was great near enough to both the strip and beach but also far enough not to be kept awake with the noise of the bustling strip at night time.The hotel is in a safe location and security is great for anyone that feels nervous when travelling abroad. Staff of Servigroup Rialto go above and beyond to ensure all guests have a great holiday the food in the bar and restaurant are good value for money while using decent ingredients. I would definitely recommend this hotel to stay in and I look forward to returning next year.

Just a nice and friendly hotel.

This was our 3rd time staying in the Rialto and the excellent standards have been maintained post covid, which sadly, has not been our experience in other hotels. Staff are absolute diamonds throughout the hotel and Lisa on reception gets a gold star for her outstanding approach to making guests feel welcomed and comfortable. The hotel is on the smaller side compared to others in Benidorm, which is wonderful as it means less chaos in the restaurant, bar and pool area. Rooms are spacious with small fridge, safe and air con all free of charge. Beds very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Bathroom is big - fantastic shower, hairdryer and lovely toiletries provided. Hotel is situated in a quieter area with some good bars, however, the main strip of bars (madness) is only a 10 minute walk. People have previously claimed the hotel is on a ‘steep hill’ - this is nonsense, it’s on a gradual incline that I can easily walk up it even though I’m nearly 70 with significant mobility issues.

Up a steep hill , food was good beds great but the best thing were the two reception staff who went above and beyond in helping me with a serious problem ,they were outstanding .

Was incredibly clean!

Everything but we would have liked to see some good entertainment
