“Worst front desk person at 11pm at night . At front desk the most rude female Ana , is there who can’t speak properly !”

I’ve always believed that hotels especially in the hospitality industry ensure their most competent staff are on the front desk during late hours. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. We arrived around 11 pm, already exhausted and simply looking forward to getting some rest. Instead, we were greeted by one of the rudest front desk experiences I’ve encountered. Despite paying a premium rate for our room, the staff member on duty showed little professionalism and seemed more interested in arguing than assisting. We had booked a king bed room, but were repeatedly pushed to accept a twin bed in a lower category room. The tone was dismissive and, at times, openly hostile—far from what one expects after a long day of travel. This was my first visit to Seville, and it’s disappointing that the initial impression of the city was shaped by such an unpleasant interaction. I hope the management addresses this, because no guest should start their stay this way.

“Understaffed and rude — probably because they are understaffed”

The rooms and the breakfast are fine, nothing special. I can’t comment on the gym or the pool because I didn’t use them. However, the hotel was severely understaffed. There was one person at reception check-in process took so long for the coupe in front of me that it was though I had time-traveled to the age before computers, There was no one else either at the front door or anywhere else in the enormous lobby to answer a simple question. When I finally found someone to talk to, rather than being helpful she was rude,

“Loved our stay”

The best

We loved our stay here . The lobby is fresh and spacious and the bedroom comfortable with a very comfy bed and pillows. Good to have a kettle and small minibar . Nice toiletries in the bathroom. We enjoyed the open air pool and bar area for a chill out after a busy morning. Breakfast was a plentiful buffet. We ate at the panoramic restaurant one night . The food was excellent but a small restaurant so booking is essential.

“Fabulous hotel”

The best

Fantastic location, absolutely spotless and lovely staff. The breakfast was outsimtanding and set us up for a day of sightseeing. Our room for three was spacious and the cleanliness was superb.

“March break”

The best

Super efficient , spotless hotel. Right in the heart of Seville. Stunning selection for breakfast and one of the best hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. Definitely a place for quiet relaxation after a busy daylight seeing. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Wish I was still there!

The seville city centre hotel, was lovely, an impressive foyer, nice bedrooms, and a decent buffet breakfast . It was close to the metro and trolley buses that will take you to the centre of seville .
