Staff were really friendly and helpful, providing us info about the city and the best methods to get around. Room was comfortable and clean, nice bathroom facilities.

To be improved

Just the cost of the room for the night of the Europa League final - although that’s an issue to take up with the whole travel industry. Otherwise no complaints.

Good location, but it could get a bit rough in the evenings. Our room was near the road, so there was a bit of traffic noise.

Location was brilliant - tram stop only about 100yds away - so could easily reach city centre.

The coffee at breakfast was not very good - machine dispensed sweetened coffee!
