Hotel Silvota

“Check-in was easy with a 24h manned desk. Hotel was clean and the room was spacious enough. · Cons: During my first night (Wednesday), a party was going on in the basement of the hotel. Through open doors and windows, the music and beats of this party travelled easily to the room. This party continued until 5AM within the hotel with various guests sleeping. When complaining to the front desk at 4AM that it was impossible to sleep, the reply was that their was nothing they could do because there was a contract with the partying people. "Sorry" was the solution of the responsible person. I have NEVER witnessed such a misplaced location for a hard-core party like this. I slept less than 3 hours that night because I needed to wake up at 7AM. This is not worthy of the name hotel. The beds were not very comfortable, and since my stay, I have itchy legs. The last morning there was a lot of confusion since I was told to have breakfast not in the breakfast room, but in the restaurant adjacent. In that restaurant, they did not know what I was talking about. After a lot of confusion, I finally could eat a sandwich and checked out of the hotel. I am for sure not returning.”

“Breakffast as very good. The room was clean. But very noisy place. · Cons: Helpul receptionist. You did not give the right addresse. Acoording to you it was " Pinasant 81". It is wrong spelling and my GPS did not accept it.. But somehow I found out the correct addresse. it was " Calle Pina Santa 81 ". I hope you will change this.”
