The best

This hotel offered one of the best customer service I ever received. They made us feel the word “no” doesn’t exist. They’ve accommodated any request we made with a smile and efficiency. The staff is incredibile and impeccable. The pictures online do not actual reflect how nice the hotel is, when you experience it you feel much more.

“We had a wonderful stay : the room was spacious and clean, the resort is really beautiful, and we enjoyed the activities (tennis, table tennis, pool, bike). Breakfast is delicious and awesome, and at first we did not plan to stay for dinner but we ended having dinner at the restaurant during our 3 days, since it was delicious and good value for money, with nice staff as well! · Cons: I wish we could have stay longer ! ☺”

We had a wonderful stay : the room was spacious and clean, the resort is really beautiful, and we enjoyed the activities (tennis, table tennis, pool, bike). Beautiful architecture and relaxing grounds. Staff were friendly.

Room furnishings/decoration very basic and didn't align with the overall price/vibe of the property. Felt like they spent all the money on the architecture and didn't have much left over for interior decorating.
