Very comfortable. Great facilities. All but one member of staff, courteous, helpful, and efficient. Excellent good value dinner. Breakfast buffet great choice.

“A Place to Chill”
The best

The calm setting. The grounds are beautiful and the pool area is charming. Lovely to sit by the pool and relax and have a drink. The restaurant serves lovely food either from the A la carte or the daily memu. Both are excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. Good breakfast as well. A great place to chill for a few days.

The best

We loved the location, the pretty grounds, small but great spa (warm and bubbles working!!), apartment with views, food was excellent and staff were nice too. Lots of things to do in a very small area such as walks, aquarium, eat well, a kids play park, then the hotel itself had everything we needed. Plus only 10 min drive to O Grove.

The best

A lovely hotel with beautiful gardens. Excellent breakfast and good quality evening meals. Just a short 15min walk to a lovely beach. Free parking.

“I do not recommend booking if you plan to stay with pets.”

The hotel is absolutely not pet-friendly, contrary to what is stated on booking.com. I chose this hotel solely because it was supposed to allow pets. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me in a very unfriendly manner because I had a dog and categorically stated that I could not stay on the hotel premises with my dog. Moreover, I had to find a way to have breakfast because, once again, I was not allowed to be on the restaurant terrace with my dog. The hotel staff is indifferent to the guests and uninterested in resolving any issues related to the stay. Overall, I am not satisfied with my stay and am unlikely to stay there again. The staff does not speak English, only Spanish. Therefore, if you do not know Spanish, your stay may be challenging.
