“Hotel Spa?”
The best

Great location right in the centre. The balcony was lovely with great views over the village and region. Nice breakfast and the breakfast staff were lovely. The room was clean and nice.

To be improved

The bathroom was in a poor state. Shower head loose causing water to spray everywhere. Mouldy and loose sealant was also visible around the bath rim. Simple things which shouldn't be the case in a nicer hotel though we could've and didn't report to hotel staff during our stay. The room could be noisy, both from the outside world (which didn't bother us) but the thin walls meant that the neighbours were audible. No consistent reception (though a number to call). The spa is honestly very poor and quite disappointing. It appears that nobody really uses it or cleans it. The changing facilities were literally dusty and dirty. Most parts were closed or out of service and the pool has a dirty feel with the paint falling off everywhere. Honestly we got in and got straight out feeling pretty dirty. The room could do with a kettle for the tea drinkers amongst us.
