“Superb stay”
Everything was top notch, room, staff, the restaurant was fabulous (please try it), clean and the sleep was the best quality. Very good parking. Can't praise this hotel enough. Sadly we didn t had a chance to check the pool and sauna as we checked in late. We will definitely visit again and stay longer.
“Poor service”
The only positive aspect of this hotel was its location. The service was extremely poor. We booked and paid for a room for three people, including an additional fee for the third person. However, the hotel did not provide a duvet for the third guest. When we requested one, they simply told us they did not have any, leaving me freezing all night. Additionally, the room was only stocked with towels, flip-flops, and glasses for two guests, despite our reservation for three. The service issues extended beyond the room—when we ordered facials, we received the wrong treatments. To make matters worse, the phone in our room was not working, so we had to walk to the reception for every request. The food was disappointing and overpriced. The staff removed our plates while we were still eating, which felt rushed and unprofessional. Overall, this hotel failed to meet even basic service expectations, and I would not recommend it.
“Hidden Gem”
, but I’ll focus on two: warm and stunning. It’s rare to feel at home across the globe, yet the staff, decor, and incredible attention to detail create that warmth effortlessly. Every aspect feels thoughtfully curated, inviting comfort and familiarity. As for stunning, the beauty speaks for itself—just visit and witness the magic of a sunrise. It’s an experience that leaves you breathless and truly captures the essence of this special destination.
“Dezember Family Weekend”
Very nice Spot, super Food and kind Staff, views espectacular and Andorra just a stone throw away .. happy we booked here and not somewhere else ... hope to be back one day soon .. Suite 101 really nice and Room 128 too .. Spa temperatura could be warmer but ok
“Such a special place”
Personable treatment, a spacious room and bathroom, and outstanding meals and wine list. There's a town down below with lots of dining options, but if you're exhausted after driving curvy mountain roads like we were, you never have to leave. We appreciated the décor’s mix of old world and new. The hotel’s team showed real professionalism and care, from the housekeeper to the general manager. It was the largest inn that we stayed in in the Pyrenees, but it didn't feel it.
“Work in progress but stunning location”
First and foremost we really enjoyed our short stay, this is a beautiful hotel and in a beautiful location. The hotel re opened at the back end of May after being closed since Covid, as a result there are ongoing improvements and renovations taking place to improve and upgrade facilities. When we visited there were only a few guests and the hotel was well under occupancy, the roof is currently being replaced and various groundwork’s being undertaken and general improvements taking place. The staff and the management were friendly and engaging and you can see there is a real desire to get this place back to where it used to be. A few small issues but nothing major, some of the fixtures and fittings were looking tired and in need of replacement and with such a stunning pool area, you would hope they make more effort to remove the weeds around the pool, replace damaged tiles and utilise the small cabin for drinks and food options. We didn’t use the spa or the restaurant but I’m led to believe both were excellent, albeit very quiet upon our visit. I can only hope that visitor numbers pick up now the hotel has the staff and investment it needed to bring it back to former glories and people take advantage of what is without doubt the hotel with the most potential for miles around.
