The best

The room was bigger than I expected, staff were super friendly, and the ancient Roman bath/spa was very unique. The restaurant was amazing too. The bathroom were impeccably clean. Amazing value for the price, especially given the location!

To be improved

The spa’s warm pool could have been warmer. I was expecting a hot soak, it was lukewarm at best

The only reason I didn't go full "10" is WE didn't get to take advantage of all the facilities and opportunities at Mudéjar.

“Excellent hotel in a beautiful city”
The best

The place is perfectly located between all the landmarks of Segovia. Daniel at the reception was extremely helpful and quick to explain about the parking facilities and city. I advise to take the valet parking. It is 18euro and within 15 min you get your car without trouble
