“Quiet, classy, comfortable”
The best

The hotel has very good location, not in the main street but 5-10 min away on foot from it, with easy parking and a small playground next to the building (which is a plus if you go with kids). The room was clean and comfy.

To be improved

We had the breakfast included but finally, we had to check out really early, so in the reception they told us they were sorry but they could not prepare a "to go" breakfast.. Fortunately, when we suggest "at least some fruit?" they agreed and prepare a bag with an apple and a pear for each of us.

Lovely hotel in a fab location. Very nice rooms. Free parking.

To be improved

Access to the pool was €17 and we needed to have a shower cap and flip flops.

“Great hotel with relaxing spa.”
The best

Nice hotel with beautiful and comfortable spa area ( steam room , jacuzzi, heated pool with massage jets , experience showers and a cold plunge pool ) Beds very big ahd and comfortable and same with bathroom. Had a little balcony. Breakfast was plenty of choice and we had dinner in the restaurant where the menu of the day was tasty and good value. Had a secure parking garage with even tools to fix your bike if needed. Staff very friendly.

To be improved

Just a heads up if you use the spa you need to bring ( or buy slippers 3 euros ) and a swimming cap

“there are much better hotels in Burgo de Osma”
The best

This is a well located hotel just outside the city walls with free and abundant parking. There was a peacock calling in the morning somewhere close by, which I thought was quaint.

To be improved

Reception is decidedly cold, and everything about the hotel was tired and institutional. Breakfast was sad, and the conditions for entry to the spa were prohibitive for the casual traveller.

The best

Passing through the area, great spot to rest for the night. The decor featured photography of the region- which was a lovely touch! Comfortable bed. Ample parking, very personable staff. Breakfast buffet pretty standard- with an excellent coffee machine- brewing a cup to perfection (sometimes the self serve machines aren’t do great- this one was!)

To be improved

Maybe update the bedding. Otherwise it’s perfect! The catedral has scaffolding- nothing that the hotel can do to change that- but wow what a beautiful view awaits when the restoration is complete!
