“Very pleasant. Breakfasts, staff and spa.”

The best

Loved the private beach area for guests on the grass. The restaurant and bar area fantastic. Can get very busy but staff did their best to cope with the many orders. Reception very helpful.

To be improved

There was an incident with the vendors on the promenade and the police had to be called. Dont know what the dispute was but it was unnerving for us. In the room the kettle has to moved to be plugged in ( unless I missed where the plug was) Hairdryer not good, I should have bought my own.

“Very comfortable hotel, right at the beach. The pool area is very specious, which is a rare gem for Roses. Room was also quite big and the beds and bedding were really nice. Staff is always lovely and polite. We had a wonderful and relaxing time and didn’t want to leave. Breakfast although simple, had very quality food. The pastries were delicious! · Cons: Found the check in hour a bit late - 16:00. Also thought that it was a little petty to charge guests for the spa access. We didn’t go because of that - don’t really agree with these type of practices.”

“Second stay here - we'll be back again!”

The best

The location is perfect, right on the beach front with the Citadel on the other side - the views are stunning! Then the staff - every one is always friendly, helpful and polite and have a good sense of humour, which is one of the things that makes a stay here memorable. The food is also fabulous, not only the breakfast but both the restaurants are great. This was our second time at this hotel and we will definitely be back.
