No air con and fridge not working so they had to change our room. The rooms were on the small side. There wasn’t much storage only a wardrobe. No drawers. Once you had used the toilet you had to come into the bedroom to wash your hands in the basin by one of the beds. The hotel had only just opened and a lot of it wasn’t finished. There didn’t appear to have had a builders clean as the floors were all marked with plaster residue. Drilling started at 8am every morning apart from the Sunday. It was advertised as adult recommended hotel but there were groups of students staying and families at the weekend. The wi-fi was intermittent in our room. We had several issues with our key cards not working and at one point the receptionist had to get someone to break into our room.
