The toilets near the pool weren’t clean and they should be regularly checked. Too many umbrellas restricting sun bathing locations.

No water coolers. Have to buy your own water in hotel

The hotel clearly can not manage a large number of guests. Awfully long lines (up to 30 min) everywhere: reception, restaurant, elvators, etc. Terrible shortage of sunbeds near the pool. Some staff members are just rude - they literally say, "Get up and get away from here," "Not my problem," and other things like that. The receptionist explains that it is due to their bad English. Is it??? The meals are quite OK, although repetitive and without much choice. Do not expect anything like salmon or jamon there, just plain dishes. The vegetables at breakfast are often spoiled, and the meat is sometimes roasted far beyond well-done. The "fresh" plates in the main retaurant are often dirty, with pieces of food or sauce stains on them. The same goes for the cups at breakfast. At dinners, you might be served the drinks (not cheap at all) at the very end of your meal. The room facilities are at minimum: a botte of all-purpose wasing gel, 2 tiny pieces of soap provided on the first day, and toilet paper - that's it. No drying racks at the balcony. The safe is not for free. One of the bedside lamps in our room did not work. But the beds were large and cozy, with a variety of pillows. On the good point, the gym is very well equipped. Overall, the place is guite battered and needs renovation. We happened to have worn out towels, some of them with holes, and how the beds look you may see in the picture. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was terrible, from the moment we arrived there were two people at the reception and people were queuing to check in, the security woman took all our things from the sunbed, wallet, money, clothes and threw them in a corner and put other tourists in our place, and when we got to the sunbed, our things were gone, we had to look for them! Is this the norm? That woman is so rude, I don't know how you can keep her as an employee at the hotel. There's a queue at the bar, due to the lack of staff. Those kids who make the drinks and serve at the bar are very nice and work until they're exhausted.... for how much we paid for a few days, it's not worth it!

The room for a family of 4 was very small there was no space to open the luggage. Everything cost additional money, if you needed to go to a gym you had to place a deposit, you had to pay to use a safe in a room! The beach was also very rough and almost dangerous to swim in. We drove 20 minutes north to find a calmer beach. The staff at the rest was not helpful when I checked in nothing was explained I had to go back several times to make inquires about the safe not working( needed to pay extra)
