Breakfast buffet is average and the breakfast room is overcrowded

Room not really clean, facility is old. Spa is old, bad humidity smell. Don't eat there!!! Bad quality and few choices of food in breakfast and meals. Meal buffets was expensive. Costed 27.55€ per person. Restaurant staff not friendly at all.

The customer service is almost 0. It took us about two hours to checkin with 1 man and an archaic paper and pen system. Why would you not have extra reception at the busy checkin times, instead of sending your staff on break? Then you have to go across the street to book the spa facilites. Again 1 person, long wait. The air conditioning was broken in our room and they did nothing/no-fix/no discount even after they charged us an extra 100 euros at checkin for my son (who is still not an adult but a child) after I already paid for 2 adult and 2 kids to sleep on the couch of the( family room) and my daughter to sleep on a chair. The kitchen staff were also rude.

Took 45 minutes to check in Management were overwhelmed with customers Rooms offered were small poorly maintained and old fashioned. After inspecting our room option we cancelled the reservation and luckily manager was understanding and they returned our payment. We travelled onto Zaragoza .. and another accom Disappointed ...☹️

As many have said food could be just a bit better but it was very tasty either way, I loved everything! The room was very very comfortable and clean

They did not provide the kettle for hot water and also the shower device was bad, it use to sprinkle the water in all 360 degree, Staff should check such things.
