The best

I was part of a noisy, loud group (sorry for that, I was only a participant, a quiet one), we have stayed for only 2 nights. The hotel is very neat and clean. The staff are very polite, ready to help. Rooms are very modern, large and functional. Breakfast buffet products are varied and of good quality. Very tasty food in general. I would definitely change it from *** to a **** hotel. We had a very pleasant stay and recommend it to anyone!

The best

Hotel was modern and welcoming. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy. Staff were extremely helpful, especially with allergies. Breakfast was good. Dogs were welcomed in all areas, including breakfast, which was fantastic.

To be improved

Small problem with how to work the air conditioning. Slightly disappointing that when we reported the issue on checkout, staff were already aware it was confusing. Maybe this could be explained at check in or the stickers which cause the confusion modified. We could have asked at reception when we had issues, but it was late and we didn’t want to cause an issue (as we assumed it wasn’t working)

“Comfy beds and great breakfast”
The best

There is a lovely terrace where you can eat breakfast. The breakfast was great. We really appreciated that they offer parking in their own garage (for 10€), that definitely made us feel safer about our car. They have comfy but rather small beds (140 cm), but pillows were great.

To be improved

The surroundings aren't very nice but there is a big supermarket nearby.

“Great value if you want to visit Barcelona or stay for business nearby”
The best

I stayed at Hotel Terrassa Confort for a few nights during a business trip and it was exactly what I needed: clean, modern rooms, very comfortable beds, and a good breakfast to start the day. It’s a smart choice if you want to visit Barcelona without spending too much ( I paid 120,00 € per night on their website) — it’s just about 20-30 minutes away from Barcelona — or if you have meetings in Terrassa, where there are plenty of companies around. The staff is friendly and professional, Wi-Fi works well, and parking is easy. Overall, a good value hotel for both business and leisure.
