“Great views from hotel and good location if you have a car. Food in restaurant was great”

The room was pleasant and clean, and the bed was very comfy. The view over the bay was lovely. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was great, and the food was very tasty, and the fish was fresh, and the menu was varied. Nice hotel.

To be improved

The gym and pool were down the street from the hotel, and the sauna and thermal bath had to be paid for as extras.

“Room was spacious and comfortable and so was the bathroom. Dinner and breakfast were both of very good quality. It has a very nice view of the bay in the rooftop. Staff very friendly and helpful. · Cons: the spa is in a different building than the hotel and the hours without children are very scarce. Outdoor swimming pool also small for the number of rooms the hotel has. We opted not to boook it.”

“You get what you pay for - not the best”

Room had a great sea view and was really spacious Breakfast had a good choice

To be improved

Up a hill and quite a walk from central Viveiro We were told the restaurant was closed but people were in it and it didn’t look like a private party The rooftop bar was understaffed. One table we went to had discarded cigarettes on the floor even though there was an ashtray on the table The breakfast area had a notice asking that food is not taken away, which means the clientele are obviously making a habit of it. I wouldn’t want to stay somewhere like that

Nice clean 4-star hotel. Perfect for the weekend holidays!

To be improved

Spa facilities are not included, you need to pay separately, would be nice to have. Wifi signal is weak, but maybe it was just in my room. Messy car parking area around hotel - no one wants to leave the car in the garage for extra fee
