The location was GREAT! Plenty of sites and restaurants nearby.

The beds were super hard and extremely small. The A/C was lacking.

Fabulous location in the centre of everything. The hotel is in a pedestrian area but the underground car park was only a few minutes walk away.

To be improved

We had an issue with our room. It was dealt with to our satisfaction but we did have a disrupted night. The air con was not very efficient. The rooms are quite warm.

The best

Lovely hotel. Right in the centre, in the pedestrian zone, but good for motorcyclists with motorcycle parking close by behind the cathedral. Comfortable room and decent breakfast.

To be improved

The young folk gather in the corner of the town square in front of the hotel, chatting into the early hours. Need a water pistol to shoo them off from the hotel window.

The best

We've stayed at this hotel in the past. The location is perfect right on the plaza with beautiful views from The window. The parking is close by. The breakfast is good and plenty of it. The staff are friendly and the hotel is spotless and clean. The beds are lovely and comfortable.

To be improved

The noise from the bars closing and scaping tables and chairs. No black out curtains so let the light in from the church all night
