The hotel was excellent. The receptionist was super helping us arrange taxi's and a hire car. Carolina at the pool bar was fantastic. I think I have the name correct. The room was serviced daily. The breakfast was amazing. Eggs Omelette and Pancakes cooked to order. Full continental and cooked selection. Service was great. Well present clean and fresh. We will be back for sure. It was so convenient when you got used to the hill.

Food is alright, lots of choices, facilities in general clean

My room had a bathroom without a door, and it stank at times :/ There was no hanger for any towels. How can you not install a hook somewhere, weird. Waiters in restaurants were hit or miss, sometimes very rude. Also, no free water at dinner and you cannot have any hot drink even if you pay for it! So no tea at dinner! Location was alright. Nearby beach had too much seaweed. I don't think it deserves an 8.4 rating.

The place was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, but the beds kept splitting apart as they were on wheels, so that was annoying for my partner and I. Also the smell of the air freshener, was tooo strong for me. The scent was overpowering. Otherwise everything else was very comfortable and clean.
