“Low budget hotel. You for what you get.”

The place was clean. The rooms quite large, parking was very good. The AC was good and not much noise. The price should have warned us a little bit because it sounded too good for a hotel with pool including breakfast.

To be improved

Very noisy in the corridors although from 10.00 till 7.00 there was no noise any more. The swimming pool was closed due to "technical" problems. And as it seemed already for quite some time. That day it was 39 degrees so very disappointing. This was not ommunicated per mail. Looking at the pictures you think it is positioned in a nice rural area but it is actual at a very busy road.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and a good breakfast. Plenty of parking space.

Rather remote, this was not a problem for me as I only wanted to stop overnight

To be improved

The reception staff need a lesson in customer service. I don’t expect to be left standing while they go and serve at the bar and then have a long drawn out conversation and laugh with two other members of staff once they are back behind the reception desk. Not acceptable

“Good value for a short stay, but some concerns with noise and data security”

The best

The hotel had an efficient setup and offered good value for money. It was exactly what we needed for a quick stay, with the added convenience of a smooth late check-in.

To be improved

The breakfast was quite poor and didn’t meet expectations. The rooms were also not well soundproofed — we could clearly hear noise from the hallway and other guests, which made it difficult to relax. Most concerning, however, was that the hotel’s Booking.com account appeared to have been compromised. I received phishing messages on WhatsApp containing all the details of my reservation, which raised serious concerns about data security and guest privacy.
