The cleanliness and the facilities were wonderful. We booked a duplex suite for a special occasion and it surpassed our expectations

The bed mattress was quite hard and no bubble bath beside the bath. Also no body lotion provided

The hotel is in a great location, next to the sea. The beds were comfortable.

To be improved

The doors are thin and close loudly, so you can hear each time someone on your floor goes in or out of the room. There was no flexibility on late checkout, even though they did have available rooms. Even though there was a spa in the hotel, it was only available upon extra payment. The lobby smelled really bad - because of some sort of disinfectant they used, I guess. This does not feel like a 4* hotel that should have over 9 on Booking.
