“Very good quality for the price paid”
The best

Everything is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast is very complete. The staff is also really nice.

To be improved

There wasn’t anything we disliked. We would give a 9.5 but it’s not possible so we didn’t give a 10 only because there’s no air conditioner and the location isn’t the top top. But if you’re with a car it was fine for us!

To begin with, the staff is fantastic and consistently goes above and beyond, especially Isabel at the reception. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are clean and pleasantly scented. The breakfast offers a great variety of high-quality products. I highly recommend this hotel.

To be improved

Our water closet was cracked, but once we informed the staff, they promptly moved us to another room. Despite the initial issue, the way the staff resolved it turned the experience into a positive one.

“In general, the room was not bad at all. The cleanliness was good as well. · Cons: By night, we could listen the other guests from the next room snoring and it was very unpleasant. The breakfast was by far the less diverse that we ever had. Finally, we think that the hotel was a bit overrated on booking for the service we had on the overall.”
