They were open when I got there

To be improved

Everything... food was very bad, beds were wood planks, pillows were unusable, rooms while clean, had that smell that makes you worry about cockroaches, balcony door barely worked, bathroom was so old and in dire need of renovation, and the other guests were refugees that did not understand what quiet hours is... Truly disgusting place

Ticks the boxes for a comfortable stay and nice to have a pool.

To be improved

Really noisy rooms - I'd suggest bringing earplugs because you pick up on every sound through the night in rooms next to you or hallways, floors above etc.

“We have chosen the hotel because of its proximity to the train station in Vilafant. But it was also walking distance to the center of Figueres. The hotel needs a renovation , but the lady at the Reception is adorable! Also, the parking lot is large and for free . 2 Minutes drive in by car to the train station.”

“The hotel receptionist was lovely—polite, friendly, and spoke English well. · Cons: The restaurant host, on the other hand, was a completely different story. At breakfast, he oddly separated guests into "locals" and "tourists," acted distant, and wouldn’t even let us take plates from the buffet setup. Instead, he rudely insisted on picking a table for us and brought plates from somewhere else. He didn’t speak a word of English and just kept shouting something in Spanish. Honestly, I wouldn’t stay here again—especially considering we came from Nice, where we paid the same price for *much* better service and accommodations.”

Great location and parking facilities, breakfast was pretty decent. Room was dusty and shower head pretty moldy. Wouldn't stay for more than one night.
