“fabulous”
Staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Wonderful breakfasts, very clean hotel and comfortable beds.
Struggled to get a sun lounger around the pool some days.
“Lovely hotel with gorgeous bar, pool & breakfast!”
Fab location. Lovely relaxed atmosphere with super clean rooms. Beautiful views and great breakfast. Dani was on hand in the middle of the night to help us out efficiently and calmly when we needed it. Thank you! He, in particular was a star! The staff all worked tirelessly and calmly to make everyone’s holiday special.
“Our favourite place”
Our 4th visit to this hotel. It is just perfect for us. As said previously, bathrooms still need an update and the shampoo bottles and dressing gowns provided are pass their best now and starting to let the qualityof the hotel down. Nice to see some of the same staff as previously. We were well looked after as always. Beautiful room with amazing view. Thank you Laura on reception for all you and your colleagues do. See you next year.
“Lovely Weeks Holiday.”
Stayed for 7 nights as 2 couples, we booked half board but were a little concerned about some of the reviews on here regarding the food! We needn’t have worried the food both at breakfast and evening meal was of the highest quality and we all really enjoyed it. I agree with some reviews that the drinks are expensive compared to bars around which is a shame as it would be nice to see the bar busier both in the day and evenings. The staff in all areas were really friendly and efficient and made our holiday even more pleasurable so thank you all. There is a nice little cafe bar called Casa Anilbal just as you leave the reception who does great baguettes and reasonably priced drinks and the owners are really friendly. The rooms were both comfortable and kept clean by a lovely lady on the third floor where we stayed. We would certainly return.
“A lovely hotel in an excellent location with stunning views, lovely pool area & an excellent breakfast service!”
This review was written while waiting in the reception area for the TUI coach transfer back to Ibiza Airport which is about 30 mins from Santa Eularia. Sad to be leaving after a relaxing seven night stay in this lovely hotel. This was our third holiday to Santa Eulària and first time staying in this hotel having previously stayed in self catering apartments with our children in other areas of this beautiful resort. Hotel Tres Torres is in an excellent location towards the end of the promenade overlooking the marina. A quiet spot with easy access to the beach, shops, supermarkets, bars, cafes & restaurants. Spacious room with air con, balcony with marina or garden views, fresh towels, robes & slippers. Complimentary shampoo, shower gel & hand wash in the bathroom. Free water refills in the room every day from housekeeping. Stocked mini bar which we did not use as items were very expensive. There are 3 supermarkets within 5/10 min walk where you can stock up on drinks & snacks at a fraction of the price! Nice pool area with lots of sun beds & lounge chairs, with umbrellas & shady spots to shelter from the hot Ibiza sun. Pool area kept exceptionally clean by hard working staff. Bar service available. Free towels either already on the sun beds in the morning or picked up from reception during the day. Polite notice asks guests to remove their towels when they leave the poolside or towels will be removed by staff. Most guests seem to comply. Pool is open from 9am to 8pm. Hotel appears to have under gone a refurbishment in some areas and the main reception & communal areas are very welcoming. We stayed B&B which was a wise decision as the breakfast selection was amazing. Breakfast served from 8am to 11am every day and the dining area never felt too busy. Plenty of delicious options to choose from. Something for everyone. You won’t be disappointed. Galeria Restaurant however was a disappointment when compared with the many other dining options in the marina & along the promenade. On the night we booked for dinner, service was very slow despite the restaurant not being that full, plates were cold when food arrived & we felt it was not great value for money when compared with other dining options close by. Lunch options were also limited & quite expensive. We preferred to eat lunch & dinner outside the hotel with more variety & better value on offer elsewhere around the marina & seafront. Would have liked some entertainment in the bar area. There was a DJ set a couple of nights but would have liked some more traditional Spanish music or performers to lift the atmosphere at night around the pool area & encourage guests to stay longer as it is a beautiful setting. Happy to recommend this hotel and we cannot wait to come back again soon!
“A family holiday with our daughters”
We have just had a fantastic 12 days at the Tres Torres. This hotel is wonderful, staff are superb, they are friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean, the breakfast has so much choice and it’s a lovely rustic outdoor space to start the day over breakfast. We had a great sea view room which gave us a lovely view of the marina. The sun loungers are kept free through the day with attentive staff removing towels of loungers that have been reserved but not used. It’s a lovely walk on the seafront to the shops and restaurants, slightly quiet for late night dancing but very easy to access Ibiza town and the livelier resorts. We found it easy to get taxis to different resorts such as San Antonio (approx 40 euros) and Ibiza town (approx 20 euros) reception were helpful and booked them whenever we asked. We used the ferry to visit Es Canar and the old town which have us a lovely view of the coastline. Quite honestly this hotel was perfect and we look forward to returning in the future.
