Closit shelf was falling apart. Ac thermostat was broken si it was on at 21c or off could not make it warmer, and it was odd that they did not provide hand soap

The best

Well located, the Universal is a small city hotel. The room and bathroom are very clean and more than adequate. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good but comes with the problem of noise. The park is quite near and had a festival with rides and lots of noise but acceptable as it ended around 11.00pm. A group of Camino revellers partied in the roads near the hotel until after 4.00am. There was loud shouting, cheering and music. Try as I might I couldn’t sleep through it. Not the hotel’s fault but annoying nonetheless.

Nothing but outside noise. The hotel is small but very well located.
