“Superb for the price.”

The best

When you pay just €49 per room... you don't expect much but this hotel way surpassed our expectations. The staff were extremely friendly and reception is open 24 hours. It is right in the heart of the main shopping area and a super location. We'd definitely stay here again.

“Location was decent. · Cons: Temperature was unbearable, A/C was very poor, no individual control of it, we were sweltering hot. Breakfast was terrible, not worth the charge. Out of the 4 hotels we stayed at in 10 days in Spain this one was a huge disappointment. Not recommended.”

“Very dirty room”

The best

The location is in the very center of the city. The sheets were clean. The receptionists were friendly.

To be improved

The room hadn't been cleaned for months. Dust and hair everywhere, the toilet was dirty, even the room smelled of sewage and urine, we couldn't open the window because the view was of a closed dirty courtyard and sewage. We left after one day instead of the two we booked and still had to pay for 2 days because they told us it was booking.com policy and told us to complain to them. We would have left immediately, but it was after 10 pm, and we were with a child, so we still slept there that night after we disinfected the bathroom. I believe that this room is not normally rented out, we booked it a few days before. The apartment we moved to the next day costed us only 4 euros more, and it was perfect, I gave it 10. Booking.com has not yet resolved our complaint or refunded the money for the day we didn't stay there (it's been 3 weeks since we checked in).

No ventilation in the Toilet. There’s a mold smell.
