“Not very welcoming”
The best

Sent the hotel a message asking for a quiet room - I appreciate they are quite busy but they could have put me on the end of a floor (where I'm only adjecent to one other room - instead of between 2 other rooms) I don't know what is the point of being able to make a requst to the hotel when it's just ignored. The wifi was really poor - it was faster using my own mobile data. In this day & age hotels really should be able to provide a decent standard of wifi. The room was spartan - no artwork or indeed any effort to make it at all welcoming. The bathroom was really dated, and contained the only bin in the room - so small that you could put literally nothing in it. No way of controlling the room temperature, no fridge - just the very bare basics.

“Comfortable welcoming hotel”

The lady in reception was so helpful and kind. The hotel was clean and inviting. I have recommended to others. We will be back.

To be improved

The only minor problem was the beeping from the traffic lights. Not the hotels problem but a bit annoying. I'll bring ear plugs next time

WiFi was unusable - had to use hotspot from my phone to access internet Bathroom was extremely dated - shower very old, water went all over floor Plug sockets were in short supply - only 1 usable one in whole room Only 1 pillow each

“Good budget hotel in convenient location in Murcia”
The best

Handy for bus and train stations. Restaurant next door and café just down the road. Friendly, helpful staff. Vending machine had hot chocolate. They let me leave my luggage for a bit after checkout.

To be improved

Bathroom.rather small and shower was handheld, behind a slightly rickety screen. Everything worked fine though. No glass provided. Lots of hammering on second morning.
