“A wonderful hotel with lots of charm and great staff”
The best

Breakfast is absolutely amazing, such delicious food and you can order eggs the way you like them. The staff were really nice, knowledgeable and kind - such good client service, I felt like really treated (I don't usually stay in 5 stars!!). The hotel also has an amazing smell. The bed is comfy and lots of good pillows. The hotel also has some pieces of art around it and the decor is cool - the bar and the rooftop are especially beautiful.

To be improved

I couldn't figure out if (or how) to close the skylight so the light woke me up in the morning. The pool was also not open for use which I would have liked- for a Brit it doesn't need to be 25 degrees for a swim.

Hotel was dated and room wasn’t as represented online. Furniture at fridge was broken. I checked in using hotel online portal and registered my credit card. My girlfriend arrived early and they made her pay at check in even though they had my credit card and check in online was complete. Small details but this was not a 5-star hotel. Disappointed
