“Disappointed, wouldn't recommend to stay at this hotel.”

Room is dirty. A lot of spots on wall and decorative frams. Window is not clean. Furniture is outdated and requires maintanence. Many things and services are mussed from 4 stats hotel level, may be 2.5 is a right raiting. Breakfast is very poor. It looks that food stays in breakfast room from priviose day. The food selection limitted, very different from the advertizing photos. No coffee or tee in room or any othe wellcome to guestes items. The restourant doesn't work. Stuff is not friendly.

“Four stars, on what planet?!”

This is not a four star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. It does not meet the criteria in any capacity. This star rating is extremely misleading. Do not be fooled by the facade. It might look nice on the outside but inside it is a very run down old hotel with dirty furniture scattered throughout and filthy carpets and rugs. The walls and floor are also badly marked. The rooms are very basic. Furnishings in the rooms are very old and worn. The walls are so thin we could clearly hear conversations in other rooms. Our room was were right beside a train station that had very loud trains running late at night and very early in the morning. There is no restaurant open from November to April which is very inconvenient ( but this was a blessing in disguise because I would not want to eat in it). We stayed here out of necessity because we were on our way to Bilbao ferry terminal nearby. I would not recommend to anyone expecting a four star hotel. But if you want grubby, smelly and basic go for it! I attach a few photos to reflect the reality of this hotel.

The entrance, the building from outside is beautiful

To be improved

The welcome. English level was low. There were no parking staff and in fact many parking space free. I did not like the smell underground: please change of cleaning product.
