“Bad experience! bad staff!”
Not what I expected! Definitely not worth the money! It’s too far out from Barcelona city centre 1 hour train journey to get to there. I was really disappointed! graffiti along the corridor of the walls as one room was on the 6th floor. Whilst staying no rooms were cleaned during our stay. one room had a working fridge the other two didn’t. There was no tea or coffee facilities so I was unable to make baby bottles. No travel cot provided which was requested upon booking. it’s not a family hotel staff didn’t know what they where doing and we were advised most of the cleaners can’t read the please clean signs. Roof top pool was closed however when booking I was advised it would be open. Staff complained of my young child making noise at 9pm which to me screams not family orientated. The rooms are also very dated and no way to make formal complaints either. Real disappointment!

Beautiful Hotel located in Sabadell Espana. Highly recommended as this hotel is plush and modern. Very good for the price I would recommend this area of town as plenty of bars and restaurants. There are many decent supermarkets as well that offers great products very fairly priced. Hyperdino etc. Highly recommended for this part of Espana.
“Not up to the website images”
We recently stayed in this hotel as it was a convenient location for the trip we had planned. The images for the Standard room on the website are nothing like the room we had - even though we'd booked a standard room. The first room we were given looked like it hadn't been decorated for years. The safe had a key hole at the front, so on speaking to reception about obtaining a key I was told all the rooms had safes with key pads - obviously these staff didn't bother to look at any of the rooms they issued. We were moved - literally next door and had a completely different room - still nothing like the web images. Old louvre doors on the wardrobes, poor decor, just a white duvet - no cushions etc as shown, No water in the fridge (first room didn't have a fridge). First morning we went down at 9 for breakfast, only to find nothing much was left. We had to keeping asking the 1 member of staff on duty for things. The images on the site make the reception area look quite appealing - the chairs etc are so old and tatty. Everything needs updating. My brother and his wife had booked a superior room and they were complaining about the standard of that room. Good job we didn't have to spend too much time there.
“Sabadell”
Initially booked and paid for 8 days but arrived a day later. Rang the day prior to arrival and said I would not arrive until after midnight. Was told that as I did not turn up the night before,my booking had been cancelled. Reminded them that I had paid upfront and the room was still mine regardless of when I arrived. First room was average and paid more to be moved to a newer part of the hotel. Good decision rooms very nice. Also has a lovely rooftop bar. Had breakfast in the main restaurant and although food was fine, staff had a difficult understanding English. Surly a hotel that would see lots of English speaking guests, why don’t they have staff that understands English. One morning used a translator on my phone and ordered scrambled egg for myself and 4 pieces of toast made with normal bread, got 2 servings of scrambled egg and 2 baguettes cut in half. Explaining tea and coffee was also a challenge. Location of the hotel to the centre of Sabadell was excellent however
“DON'T DO IT”
I have traveled abroad before, so I know that I will not get what I'm used to from the United States, but, this has been one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in (and I am on my 3rd passport). Walking into my room, I have a bed, no bed covers. A table attached to the wall and a closet with no door. The drawers to the put clothing in have been nailed shut and pulled out, so it is hard to pull the drawers out. The bathroom was the nicest part of the room, but while showering, the door fell off in my hand. Yes, right off the hinges. The water control knob also came off, but I was able to maneuver it back on. I had to wait 3 days to get a fridge after being told I would have one immediately. Oh wait, the air conditioner whistles when you turn it on low and I imagine the filter hasn't been changed in years. And best of all, I have ants. People smoke in the rooms, the walls are so thin, you can hear every single word the people next to you are saying and what they are doing to each other... And the customer service is a D+. But, I think that is how it is all over. Why did I not ask to change rooms? Well, to get another "nicer" room in the same hotel that has been renovated, it would have added $350 to our bill. We are here for 2 weeks and have already paid over $1000. A friend and her husband were moved, but moved into a room that smelled of smoke. They were then moved to a room with a fridge, but that did not work. Finally, they said they will stay in the room they had. I'm here with a team and most if not all of my teammates have had issues: shower doesn't work, shower head fell off, AC doesn't work, noise, etc... The best part of this hotel is that the water pressure is pretty good and it is attached to a pretty decent restaurant. I was able to deal with all the other things going wrong, until the ants showed up. I didn't bother complaining because I didn't want to risk moving into another room that was worse than this one. It also has wifi which was great. I strongly recommend another hotel (Hotel Sabadell) or getting an Air BNB.
