“Cons: Spoiler alert: photos do not represent the reality of the room. We had the WORST experience ever. Smell of cigarettes everywhere in the building - people are clearly smoking in their rooms - and, even worse, we found coackroaches and their excrements in the bathroom. We informed the staff about the potential linked health issues, and they downplayed it, singing "La cucaracha". They offered us to move to a different room, but decided not to spend the night there, due to the unacceptable hygene conditions, and we paid for a room in an hotel nearby. Worse, we demanded for full refund, but unfortunately Booking.com cannot get hold of the hotel personnel, therefore it was not possible to get it. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT GO THERE. Final note: I wish Booking.com had more power on the associated structures...this is definetly a scam.”
