“Nice little hotel with secure parking”
The best

Good location for a first stop off the ferry at Santander. There is secure undergroiund parking and a few little bars in the area. Breakfast was ample and the room was all very clean and comfortable

To be improved

The rooms are not sound proofed so you can hear everyone going by and talking/shutting doors.

“A good base for our motorcycle tour and very good value for money.”

Breakfast basic, they catered for Gluten free. The evening meals were very good traditional Spanish from the region. The rooms spacious and modern bathrooms. The underground carpark was good for our motorcycles.

Room really good size and beds comfortable.

To be improved

The restaurant was closed and there is no private parking. While there was a good selection of food for breakfast there was no one in the room from the hotel to help with queries. No hot water for tea. Shower kept going hot and cold.

It was no amount, but i pointed out that all taxes and fees are supposed to be included in the booking. No luck. Contacted booking.com about it, they they weren't interested.”
