The property is in a good location if you want to investigate the local mountains. The town itself is a quaint quiet Pyrenees town.

To be improved

Staff are okay, but not particularly friendly. Room was fairly cold at night and there wasn't much hot water in the shower. The room is a bit small, so was difficult to relax in. Wifi was non-existent. Very little to do around the town itself. There is no communal area to make your own food. Luckily we brought our own picnic basket and had a cold meal in our room. Despite advertising a swimming pool, this pool is a PUBLIC swimming pool, not the hotels.

Great location for walkers. The Hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.

To be improved

We were expecting to be able to use the swimming pool but it belongs to the Community and it hadn't been maintained since last year. It was full of dirty water!

Monser was very knowledgeable about the hike and conditions on Pica d´Estats. Her information were indispensable for our hike. I would love to come back and visit. The staff were also very helpful and patient with our limited Spanish knowledge.
