After reading other people's reviews we were pleasantly surprised, I believe the hotel had been recently decorated, had a fridge in our room and air conditioning which people had previously moaned about! The staff were extremely helpful and organized taxis for us. I would certainly stay again.

We had an inconsiderate neighbour but that is no reflection on the hotel. The neighbour also responded positively to our complaint. So all good.
