Location. Inside patio was attractive.

To be improved

Drain smell on patio. Too many steps. Meals very poor quality and only 1hour for dinner and breakfast. Too rushed. We won't be returning.

“Pretty hotel close to towns spa with very helpful and friendly staff.”

Very pretty hotel with picturesque and charming setting. Spacious and nicely decorated rooms. Extremely helpful staff if you spoke Spanish. Went out of their way to help arrange food trays in order to eat in our room because dogs not allowed in dining room and it was raining so couldn’t sit outside. Great breakfast with good choice. Staff allowed us to sit in bar area with the dog which was very helpful . Less than a minutes walk to the towns spa facilities .

To be improved

Limited parking to the front of hotel. Smelly drains following heavy downpour. Luckily I was travelling with a friend proficient in Spanish as I think I would have struggled to communicate with staff otherwise.

The dinner and breakfast were excellent. We had an enjoyable stay and all the staff were very helpful. We will come back again 😊

To be improved

The bedrooms need to be updated as some things were a bit loose, like the handle to the toilet in my Mum's bedroom.
