“A good hotel, which could be made even better”
The best

Most importantly, the bed in my room was excellent. I also appreciated recommendations for dinner places from the front desk staff. They helped me find truly excellent food in the area.

To be improved

1. The hotel practices truly extraordinary amounts of excessive emailing, by far more than any other hotel I stayed on this trip to Spain. They send you something like a dozen emails before, during, and after your stay. I am on vacation, I don't need your email, cut it! Also, don't ask me to check in in advance - this is YOUR job to do the check in, and I am paying to you for it. 2. There was no shower door in the shower, which made taking showers horrible, with water all over the bathroom floor. 3. The hotel has no breakfast, not even a microwave in a lobby. 4. There were ants in the room. Not many, but enough to be noticed. I'm sorry, but insect infestation is unacceptable.
